Whew! It's been a long time since I have posted... But I've been busy, so... Yeah.
Anyway, today we are figuring out why James Durbin was eliminated... Because we all know that he should have won =). Here are my main leads:
1. People were getting tired of his style
Some friends of mine weren't fans (cuz the don't know anything)and said that all the teen girls were just voting for him because they like the kind of music he sings, and eventually would get tired. Of course, there is no way that I agree with this.
2. People have forgotten.
I am leaning most towards this lead. Well, most people don't have a good memory, so they must have forgotten James's story. My friend who wouldn't stop talking about his story the day after his audition aired totally forgot all about it by the time he was in the Top 6. And that's just too bad, because I saw James as a 3-in-1 package: talented, sings the kind of music I like, and has an amazing story. So people forgot why he was there and said "eh, he's just a person who really just wants to sing.
3. The Tic
When Ryan Seacrest announced James's numbers, he had a major tic (and if you're still thinking about bugs, go look in a dictionary.). To be 100% honest, I always found his tics cute and just a unique part of him, but the rest of the country may have not agreed with me.
4. Adam Lambert 2?
People have compared James and Adam Lambert throughout the whole season, though this may have been the one with the biggest impact. Just watch James's rehearsal with Lady GaGa. My friends made the comparison and I had to tell them that James was getting married to a WOMAN in a few monthso they would stop screaming and waking up the neighbors.
I need everyone to do some more detective work!
PEACE, LOVE, JAMES, BUNNIES =3, INVESTIGATE!
